Lloyds are one of the largest and most well recognised banks in the UK. Facing dramatic shifts to the banking world, particularly in regards to digital and FinTech, they asked Designit to look at their future mobile experience. We started by testing a range of ideas and concepts with their audience. Looking at many things Lloyds have never tried before. The aim was to get a sense of customers attitudes to banking and technology. We then developed a strategy and UI concept for a future banking experience. I was the lead UX on the project working closely with another designer and the client over a 4 month period.
